    Avoid at all costs! Delivery took almost two hours. Their customer service is horrific. I would have rated zero stars if it was an option.

    Delivery was over an hour. Pizza box looked like someone had sat on it the cheese was stuck to box. The driver forgot sodas and bought them (wrong flavors) before delivery. Called the store and complained order was redone but by the time we finally sat to eat over 2hours had passed (lost appetite). The whole experience was a nightmare.

    What a sad, depressing excuse for a Papa Johns. I guess you can't expect a whole lot from people who work at a pizza delivery establishment, yet still, my heart yearns. Put in an order on Sunday night at 10:38 for wings. That's it. Got a confirmation email that said 70-80 minutes for delivery. What? Called 20 minutes later to confirm that was legit because it seemed outlandish. I was reassured that it wasn't correct and my order had just left. Mind you, I live like 2 blocks away. Another 20 minutes later I called back and asked if it had left because if not, I rather not be lied to and just get it myself. They said to come and get it. Went there, and was told I couldn't enter the lobby because they'd just cleaned it. Was then told that they needed to re-swipe my card because they'd cancelled my delivery order. I didn't have my card with me. I had already paid, you know, an hour earlier when I had placed my order. I walked out with nothing. They couldn't even give me a receipt confirmation that they'd actually not charged me. The manager, Jose Noguiera offered to do ummm NOTHING. Some smart ass, Kevin Perez, wouldn't stop butting in although I was not talking to him but the worthless manager. Pizza Hut it is. I don't know why I expect more in the world from people that, as in my introduction to this review, deliver/make pizzas for a living. I wish them well in life. As a business owner myself, I rather croak and die than provide the customer service that store # 889 does.

    I love this location . It's not the one that delivers to my house but I still rather drive the short distance. Pizza is always done right to my specific instructions die to the picky eaters at my house. The payment process is quick and easy.plus this place is spotless. I mean there using a shrewd of cheese out of place. The manager Sandra I think that's her name, is amazing!!! She took my phone order and handed me my pizza a manager that actually rolls up her sleeves and gets into making sure the store is running smooth is priceless. I love this papa johns!!!

    Worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza. They didn't even bother to deliver or call me. Every time I tried to call them they put me immediately on hold without being able to say anything. Really stunned by such unprofessionalism

    Last time ordered large to split was 1/20/14. This is a consistent papa johns. I usually use 25-50% coupons without a problem. I always carry out to avoid parking. People behind the counter give friendly greetings and are prompt when I walk over. Granted, I order, wait 15 minutes, and walk. I never feel pressured to leave a tip when I pay credit or cash. Warning: this last order I added mushrooms for the first time. I think they caused some stomach problems. Also received slices instead of requested square cut.

    This place lost me as a customer. About a month ago we ordered a pizza at 10:30. Around 11:45 it still had not arrived. Called to try get an ETA but was put on hold 3 times. After, the person on the phone said it will be there soon and not to worry and then hung up. Had to call back and say its not OK. They replied "he is arriving now" and put me on hold again. Called back on another line to complain and they offered me a free pizza on my next order. Tonight we decided to call in and make sure we had the pizza credit on the account as we were going to order several pizzas and why not get one free. The manager remembered us and said "not to worry, it is on the account, just provide your info and anyone taking the order will know." We called back 5 minutes later once we knew what we wanted order and no one had any idea what we were talking about. Every time we mentioned the free pizza we were put on hold. every time someone else would answer the phone and we had to explain everything again. No one knew the manager we just spoke to and could not ask anyone else if they knew what we were calling about... they simply would just put us on hold and someone else would pick up and the process would start over. 26 minutes later we just gave up. We proceeded to call pizza hut. Staff need to learn how to hold a conversation over the phone and have some common sense.

    Horrible!!!! I wish I could have wrote one star. I ask for cheese sauce... Nothing is given. I ask for cheese sauce again and they claim they would deliver it but nothing was delivered. I am so sad.

    Nothing much can be said about Papa John's, it's just pizza on the go. This location is pretty consistent, I have been coming here for years and only had one problem through out the years. One time I ordered a "works" pizza and the sausage was extremely spicy. We thought that they had put jalapeno peppers on the pizza, but it was the sausages. Basically nobody ate the pizza. I called and after haggling a while, they made another one, no sausages. Ever since, no problems.

    Meh. I've experienced better is right. I went in with my boyfriend one night and he sat down while I stood in front of the register ready to pick my 2 pizzas I ordered. (Mind you I called ahead and they already said it was ready) PARKING: parking is whatever they have metered parking in the front and then they have their rear parking and like another reviewer said, at night its the SCARIEST parking. its so DARK! Can't they find any kind of lighting? I feel like if I was alone I can get snatched up by someone. STAFF: So as I said before I was in front of the register and there were no other customers in the store except for us. I SAID HELLO I'M ILENE I JUST CALLED and all the guy did was smile and nod. Okay fine, they must be busy... here comes one of the guys to answer the phone.... doesn't even look up.... here comes another guy to check something out on the register.....DOESN'T LOOK AT ME....I straight up just stared at the dude while he was on the register and they completely ignored me wtf?!? It wasnt til 10 MINUTES later ( I have no idea why I was nice enough to wait so long) that I gave my boyfriend the "you gotta handle this" look. He got up and asked where our food was and how everybody ignored us and all the guy could say was "oh I thought you were already being helped".....seriously I've worked in customer service and I just dont have eye contact or ignore people just because I thought they were being helped. FOOD: The reason I didn't give this review a 1 is because although their staff is RUDE their pizzas are good and fresh, even though my pizza was cold from all the waiting and I had to put it in the oven. Also they are not as greasy as Pizza Hut is. OVERALL: Food is awesome but stick to delivery because if you're not looking your best (cute) or are incredibly loud these boys won't pay any attention to you.

    On Thursday September 4th by car broke down at Miracle Marketplace (33rd and Coral Way) and several people were attempting to help me to get it started. In the end I called for roadside assistance to help which would take 45 minutes to get to the location. I decided to call Papa Johns (22nd and Coral Way) to treat the guys trying to help me and myself (we were all beyond starving), which should have taken them 30-45 mins took them 1.5-2 hours. The delivery guy (E. Alexandre Bernard) refused to answer his phone by Papa Johns or myself and when he got there zero came out of his mouth....not a hello, not sorry, not goodbye, not thank you for the tip even though I didn't deserve it NOTHING nor anything from Papa Johns. I gave specifics to our location, they were walking distance from our location, I requested plates, utensils and cups....cups never came and we all had to share the 2 liter of Pepsi by mouth. Horrific customer service

    When I made my order they said it will come within 30 to 45 minutes. It was over an hour and I called back TWICE to see what was wrong with the delivery. An hour a some minutes later the guy showed up with the food. When I passed him the money he counted it and looked at me funny. He then started to complain that I didn't give him enough tip money. -_-;

    Man, all this time I've been pizza depressed with all the junk here in Miami that people claim is so good and I had no idea there was a Papa John's in the 'hood. Some people may say what they like, but I still think PJ's is the king of pizza chains, and it's dang good general. I was super happy when I was craving some pizza and my wallet was looking a little thin and PJ's had a special going on. There are 3 delicious specialty pizzas that are going for only 10 bucks per lg pizza, yeaaaa :). I got the chicken cordon bleu and it was sooo good. Sometimes PJ's specialty pizzas make me forget it's a chain. The pizza had that perfect soft, chewy crust as usual and it had a flavorful, yet not overdone spinach alfredo sauce (only specs of spinach, don't get too excited, veggie lovers), chicken chunks, ham rounds, sliced onions, and asiago, fontina, provolone, and mozzarella. Basically, yum, yum, yum! Inside, everything's like a well-oiled machine. Efficient service and also clean. There's a guy who sweeps up the mess regularly to keep the floors clean. Otherwise....can anyone say rat city?? Eww. Thanks PJ's for keepin' real on the cleanliness ::thumbs up::. Oh yea, but the real reason I even reviewed PJ's since I usually don't bother to review a place like this is because of the parking lot. THE SCARIEST parking lot ever! It's super creepy at night! It has no lighting, there's dripping water or something, random gigantic holes in the lot and random puddles, and it's behind the building so no one is really back there and what's going on in the lot is not visible from inside the building or from the street. Being here alone makes me feel like I have an "attack me" or "rob me" sign on my back... Definitely made me think twice about carry-out after dark. I'm not sayin' don't come after dark, all I'm sayin' is that if you do, better bring your glock!...or your pepper spray...you know, whatever works for you...

    So, your typical Papa John's, but I have to say the service is great! and the food is delicious. Usually, my family and I carry-out from this location given that it's sooo close to home; actually, we could technically walk. Normally, I order online via my web account and we pick it up in just 15 short minutes. If you're on the run, you can order in (over the phone) or just walk in and pick it up. Again, the wait is close to none and the wait staff is very friendly. Among our family favorites, your basic cheese pizza and the oh so good cheese sticks. For $20 it feeds the family, you can't beat it!

  • Ozzy M.

    It's pizza delivery, nothing more they don't have a place to sit down I've ordered a good number of times but I always pick up since it seems they are pretty busy so I avoid having to wait specialty during events. Pizza has been ok
